Whatever life path you are on, counselling can help you to find solutions to life’s dilemas and to learn healthy approaches for dealing with whatever challenges life has to offer. My goal is to help clients to work through, and find constructive ways of dealing with, whatever is going on in your life. I do this through a combination of working to process and understand what is going on and developing practical strategies for dealing with life's challenges.
