My Approach to Therapy
My goal in working with clients is to facilitate greater self-understanding and to encourage them to adopt new attitudes, feelings and approaches towards life situations. To accomplish this, I utilize a variety of psychotherapy methods. I believe that making even small changes can bring life-altering results.
It is important to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix but rather an exploratory and healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the client and therapist alike. My approach to therapy is personalized to suit each individual client’s needs.
